Starting your journey in Vancouver you’ll have time to walk around the city and familiarise yourself with its natural charm, along with exploring the downtown area and visiting locations like the amazing Capilano Suspension Bridge and Granville Island. Setting off from Vancouver, you can explore Vancouver Island via the Tsawassen Ferry to visit Swartz Bay, which is swimming in natural life and beauty. Move on to Victoria, the British Columbian capital, taking in locations such as the Empress Hotel, the array of antique stores, the Marine Drive and Beacon Hill Park for a true celebration of culture.

Next it’s on to the alpine slopes of Whistler village; where you can explore the outdoor sport areas which were a major part of the 2010 Winter Olympics in the area. Head over to Garibaldi Provincial Park for some breathtaking natural vistas, and enjoy a trip around the local lake and mountain using the tramways. You’ll leave for Kamloops, following the gold rush route via Cache Creek, straight through the new wine region for a sampling. Drive via the Wells Gray Provincial Park, through Helmcken Falls, where you can enjoy a hiking trip to take you into some of the natural landscape. On to Jasper, stopping off at Mount Robson, the highest peak in all of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, at 3,954 metres. You get a couple of nights here to explore, before moving on to Banff, past Lake Louise, Bow Glacier and the Peyto Lake. Explore Banff Springs as well as the basin of the city before you continue on your journey into Calgary, taking the scenic stop at the 1988 Olympic Park, where the Winter Olympic Games were held. Explore local destinations including Fort Calgary, Stampeded Park and Heritage Park.
